- Papers: Full papers (8-15 pages, excluding references) formatted in LNCS style (Template: Overleaf, Microsoft Word). Refer to Instructions for Authors.
- Software Demos: During paper submissions, you can apply for presenting an on-site software demo.
- Submission Portal: OpenReview.net
Please note that university accounts will be verified automatically - Accounts that cannot be automatically verified may take up to 2 weeks to be activated. To expedite the process, we recommend using an email address from a recognized institution, or completing your profile information as thoroughly as possible to help us verify your affiliation. - Review: The review is single-blind (submissions should include authors and affiliations). Reviewers will be chosen among experts in the medical image computing community.
- Presentations: The most original contributions will be selected for oral presentation; all others will be asked for a poster presentation, including a 3-minute video.
In contrast to previous years, the conference will be held exclusively in person due to possible internet restrictions. The program will comprise keynote speakers and presentations of the accepted papers, delivered in either oral or poster format. In the event that the scheduled keynote speakers are unable to attend due to visa or illness-related issues, a pre-recorded video will be utilized as a substitute. All presenters are required to submit their full presentation slides to the organizers prior to the workshop for on-site distribution. Following the presentation, the session's chair will facilitate a brief live discussion. Additionally, authors are requested to create a concise video showcasing their posters, which will be displayed on-site and subsequently featured on our website.
- Proceedings: We plan on publishing the workshop proceedings in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).
Please note that at least one co-author must register for the workshop by MICCAI's 2026 (early-bird) registration deadline and be available on-site TBD.
Acknowledgment: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Additional journal pathway: Selected high-quality papers may be invited for journal extension to the MELBA (Machine Learning for Biomedical Imaging) journal, in addition to publication in LNCS.
